West Bowling celebrate winning the league title as under-12s last season
West Bowling under-13s have followed up their Yorkshire League Division Four title success as under-12s last season by reaching the finals of the Continuation Cup.
This is to be played at Featherstone Rovers’ ground on Sunday, June 23.
The Bowling youngsters beat off competition from both Divisions Three and Four to make progress and will now face New Earswick in what is anticipated to be a tough encounter.
It will give them the chance to settle a score since New Earswick failed to fulfil the final fixture of the 2012 season against Bowling.
