THOMAS Baildon and Kieran Goodall won three medals between them as they competed in the Yorkshire Youth League.
The Year 8 pupils, both members of Titus Salt School fencing club, impressed spectators with their skills while earning silver and bronze awards.
Baildon finished the first stage of the under-14 boys foil competition seeded fourth, going on to win one knockout round before losing to the eventual winner in his semi-final.
Both boys then took part in the under-14 sabre, with Goodall beating his clubmate in their semi-final to confirm Baildon's second bronze medal.
Goodall went on to lose the final to an experienced opponent from Halifax and had to settle for silver.
Coach Tim Noble said: "Both boys did extremely well and I'm very proud of them and what they have achieved. They've only been fencing since September, so show lots of potential."
