This is the third successive year that Rebekah Tiler has been nominated for the BBC TV Young Sports Personality of the Year award
DENHOLME'S Rebekah Tiler has been nominated for a third successive year for the BBC TV Young Sports Personality of the Year award.
She won weightlifting gold at both the European Youth Championships and Commonwealth Youth Games in 2015, and was runner-up in the European Junior Championships and World Youth Championships.
There are nine other contenders, and the final three will be announced on CBBC programme Blue Peter on Thursday, December 10 (5pm), with the winner being revealed at the BBC Sports Personality of the Year show on Sunday, December 20 in Belfast.
