Prince Henry’s Grammar School pupil Chris Walker made a winning debut as England Under-18 captain on their tour of Southern Africa.
The former Otley loanee, who plays for Leeds Carnegie, led them to a 35-10 victory over a Namibia Invitation XV in East London on Saturday, England scoring three converted tries in a blistering opening ten minutes.
England, who also included Walker’s schoolmate and clubmate Dominic Barrow in the second row, next face France Under-18s on Tuesday (5pm)
