The Girls' Grammar School, Bradford have a vital under-19 netball date on Saturday.

Having won the West Yorkshire round before Christmas at Woodhouse Grove, beating all of their opponents bar one, they will be in Hull at the weekend in the Yorkshire and Humberside round.

The prize is a place in the national finals, and BGGS have been preparing by playing matches against strong club sides YWCA Bury and Ribble Valley, as well as other West Yorkshire schools.

County-round results: bt Woodhouse Grove 13-6, bt Wakefield Girls' High 11-0, lost to Greenhead College 7-5, bt Prince Henry's Grammar 13-9, bt Bradford Grammar 10-7, bt Leeds Girls' High 8-4.
