Queensbury Celtic under-tens Cougars made it six Keybury League wins out of six with a 9-0 romp against Calverley Blues.
Josh Sharp’s hat-trick was backed up by Joel Etienne (2), Charlie Lockwood (2), James Young and Max Swallow.
The club’s under-tens Colts also continued their great start by defeating Calverley Yellows 5-2 with goals from Zach Crayden-Reed (2), Tyler Ratnik (2) and Sam Hainsworth.
BPA Raptors under-nines soared to a 6-1 victory after falling behind to Horsforth Chargers. Goals came from Vincent Henderson (2), James Hebb, Billy Firth, Tyler Brown’s first for the club and Taylor Williams, who also saved a penalty after taking over in goal.
The BPA under-11s Hawks lost 7-1 at home to Burley Trojans, although Jake Taylor’s consolation from 25 yards was the goal of the game.
BPA Lizards under-tens won 12-0 against Albion Sports last season but had to work much harder for their 3-0 away victory this time.
An own goal from Alex Gibson’s corner opened the scoring and further efforts came from new boy Lewis Melvin’s cheeky back-heel and Dylan Newshome with the final kick of the game.
East Bowling Allstars under-tens kept up their unbeaten run with a 4-1 win against Scholemoor. Goals came from Reece Staunton, Niall Armstrong, Owen Pickersgill and Abby Hall.
The Allstars under-11s were 8-3 winners against Wilsden opponents who went into the match with seven wins out of seven, including East Bowling’s only defeat in their opening fixture. Zak Sangster bagged five of the goals, supported by Ryan Preston (2) and Tyler Marsh.
Westwood Jets under-nines hit back from 1-0 and 3-2 down to beat Silsden 5-3 in a top-of-the-table clash. Liam Wilkinson’s double was backed up by Jack Clarkson, Jacob Slator and Jake Larvin.
Harris Dobson scored twice as Shipley Tigers under-nines beat Queensbury 5-0 thanks to their impressive passing game. Jacob Green, Sam Wilkinson and man of the match Will Patterson completed the scoring.
