St Mary’s Catholic High School student Jordan Hendrie – brother of Luke and son of former City legend John – has been called up for the Scotland under-16 squad for the Victory Shield Tournament against Northern Ireland, Wales and England.
Jordan, signed by Bolton Wanderers this week from Bradford City, is the fifth boy from the Menston school to feature in junior international football recently.
The others have been Tom Taiwo, Aidan White, Luke Hendrie (England) and Niall Canavan (Republic of Ireland).
