Vision Juniors under-13s maintained their 100 per cent league record with a convincing 6-0 win against Beeston in the Garforth League.

Scorers were Josh Eastwood (2), Chris Wilk-inson, Connor Docherty, Joel Riach and new signing Jordan Buck, who was given the man of match award after an impressive debut.

Vision under-tens also remain unbeaten in the Huddersfield League af-ter a 1-0 win at Dewsbury, new player James Morris getting the goal.

Not to be outdone, the under-ten B team kept their 100 per cent league record going with a 2-1 win, also at Dewsbury. Scorers were Ben Adams and Vaughn Williams.

Brandon Thomson help-ed himself to four goals as Vision under-eights A beat Drighlington 9-3 to stay second in the table. Brad-ley Thackery netted a hat-trick and Harry Hines and Sam Wainwright got the other goals.

The under-eight B team beat Drighlington 2-0 in a friendly with goals from Jay Benn and Ben King.

Queensbury Colts under-nines earned a hard-fought 2-2 draw at Guiseley Blues in the Keybury League. Alex Sykes and Joe Beadsley were on target for the Colts, with Gabriel Armsden pulling off some fine saves to earn the man of the match award.

Queensbury Cougars under-nines did even better, securing a 6-1 win at Guiseley.

Nathaniel Shillingford and George Beck scored twice, with Harry Palmer and Ryan Sykes also on target. Kieran Holdsworth was man of the match.

Krishan Patel banged a hat-trick in and Connor Williams was also on target as Bradford United under-ten Blacks battled to a 4-3 success over Campion.

Silsden were soon 1-0 up against Whitkirk Wand-erers in the third round of the West Riding County FA Shield Cup when Ben Dakin played a superb throughball for Dylan Budge to fire past the advancing keeper.

Some fine stops from Silsden's man of the match goalkeeper Jack Baker kept the half-time score 1-0.

Silsden thought they were through but were denied by a last-minute equaliser. In the first half of extra-time, a great move involving Josh Metcalfe and Ben Ramsden resulted in Budge grabbing his second before Silsden sealed the match with three minutes to go with a breakaway goal from Hunt.

Campion under-16s battled hard in a competitive under-16 County Cup tie against Ossett Town before bowing out 5-2. Campion's goals came from Aaron Metcalfe, with a superb free-kick, and Andy Hawker.
