Wyke Wanderers under-tens let slip a two-goal interval lead to bow out of the Huddersfield League Cup 4-2 after extra time against Shelf.
Jacob Smith netted from a corner and Jack Leach made it 2-0 with his 30th of the season as hosts Wyke dominated the first half of the last-16 tie.
But Shelf hit back and drew level five minutes from time, before booking their quarter-final place in the extra period.
Wyke’s B team were without a cup tie so played a friendly against Clifton and won 5-1.
The goals were shared by Ranganai Muza, Kamran Latif, Tyrese Liu, Bean Duffy and Logan Jean-Jacques.
Westwood Jets under-11s beat the awful weather by playing on the 3G surface at Buttershaw and proved too strong for Oakworth in the Craven League.
Four-goal Lewis Dunn led the way in a 10-3 victory, with Jacob Slator and Jake Larvin netting twice apiece, backed up by Lewis Dawson and man of match Andy Hewitson.
