BPA Lizards under-12s needed just a point to clinch the Keybury League title for a third successive year but were pushed all the way by Guiseley Blues before securing a 6-3 victory.
Haseeb Alam fired the Lizards in front after just two minutes, only for Guiseley to hit back for a 2-1 interval lead.
Cameron Brewster equalised soon after the break but Guiseley then became the first team in four years to score three league goals past the Lizards.
With time running out, Lewis Melvin turned the game with a cheeky toe-poke leveller before further goals by Dominic Corps (2) and Brewster pulled the Lizards clear.
Baildon Dynamos under-tens finished runners-up but finished on a high after beating Sutton 8-0.
A Charlie Menzies hat-trick was backed up by Louis Turner, Will Robinson, Louis Anderson, Ben Stevens and keeper Nathan Hayward, who played out of goal in the second half.
BD5 FC under-nines rounded off their season with a 3-0 win over Burley Trojans to seal third place.
A first half of few chances finished goalless but BD5 struck early in the second with a neat finish by Kye Robinson.
Burley were awarded a penalty for handball but Murad Khan made an excellent save and Robinson responded by adding his second goal.
Gauderic Totap added the third late on with his tenth of the season, while Ibrahim Haider was man of the match with a solid defensive display.
Zakariya Khan scored four of the goals as Campion under-12s clinched the Craven League title with a 10-0 thumping of Sutton Juniors.
Deyontae Frazer and Hasnain Mohammed added a brace apiece, with Haroon Isa and Oliver Jackson, also on target, while Jack Hagan was man of the match.
Salts and Menston shared the under-tens title after drawing their final match 0-0.
Men of the match for Salts were Jacob Green and Matt Hallett, while Menston’s award winner was Theo Nicholson.
