Bradford & Bingley’s director of coaching Nic Corrigan has set his stall out for the 2010-11 season.
With 23 first-team players under contract and four more sorting out terms, only promotion back to National Two North will suffice.
Corrigan said: “I am delighted to be working with this squad.
"As I stated at the annual meeting, this is the flagship team and the success of my tenure will be judged on this squad.
"That is my pressure and a great challenge which the club have given to me but that is not to say I am totally focused on the first XV.
“Our second XV coaches will be our eyes and ears on the ground on what I hope will be a league that challenges players.”
Corrigan added: “We have a clear aim for promotion but this is not going to be easy.
“National Three North was tough last season with clubs just missing out, and the difference can be as much as a bonus point.”
Skipper Ryan Wederall, a former Otley player, will take the first team squad to Otley on Saturday for the Granville Clark Memorial Trophy game (3.00).
