RFU Junior Vase finalists Baildon will be joined by Ilkley and Wath in the RFU Intermediate Cup and RFU Senior Vase respectively.
Ilkley, watched by a crowd of 1,100, defeated holders Stoke 24-20 with an Iain McKenzie try three minutes into stoppage time.
Other tries for the Dalesmen came from No 8 McKenzie and Stuart Vincent, Phil Howell adding three conversions and a penalty.
They will meet East Grinstead, who beat North Bristol 58-3 in the final.
Wath, 52-7 victors over Stourbridge Lions, will play Wells, from Somerset, who won 14-8 at Maidstone.
