Otley have banned Daniel Temm for a fortnight.
Club secretary Marc Lawrence said: “We hadn’t heard from the RFU about a hearing date so we held our own disciplinary meeting on Monday and banned him for a fortnight in order to try and assist his case.
“Since then we have heard that the RFU disciplinary hearing will be next Tuesday night at the Leeds-Brighouse Holiday Inn.”
Temm was sent off for a dangerous tackle in the SSE National League Two North game at Harrogate on November 5.
The disciplinary panel will be chaired by Antony Davies, assisted by David MacInnes and Austin Newman.
On Saturday, Otley are at home to Preston Grasshoppers (2.15).
