Bramley Phoenix, who were behind for half the match, hit back to reach the Aire-Wharfe Cup final tonight.
They won 20-16 at Keighley, with the clinching try coming seven minutes from time by centre Jonny Moore.
Home points came from a try by pacy winger Luke Carter, after breaks by impressive centre Ben Blackwell and full back Nigel Curr, and a conversion and three penalties from Blackwell.
Bramley replied with an early try by scrum half Aaron McHale, which Sam Coates converted, a try from full back Micky Benn and a Coates penalty.
Bramley will now play Yarnbury in the final.
