Keighley 40, Knottingley 14 Keighley gained revenge for their season-opening defeat, despite going behind to a Barry Leadbetter try.
Alex Brown hit back with two penalties before Keigh-ley full back Danny McGee squeezed in at the corner. The hosts moved the ball around away from the heavier Knottingley forwards and the tactic paid off as Marco Ferrazzano scored a storming try between the posts.
Lucas Uren touched down within minutes of the second half. Knottingley hit back but scores from Adam Horsfall and Brown underlined the home side’s dominance.
