Keighley 13, Heath 0
Keighley leapfrogged their opponents to go third on points difference with this victory.
A tentative first half saw Heath’s outside half Giles Hetherington and big centre Martin Moana to the fore but Keighley’s defence held firm. Home centres Marco Ferrazzano and Adam Horsfall forced Heath onto the back foot as Alex Brown converted one of a series of penalties.
In the second half, Heath were more direct but the Rose Cottage defence was superb.
At the other end, home pressure and superior fitness told as Brown converted another penalty.
The Utley side sealed the points when rugged driving play from their pack gave Brown the opportunity to find space for flanker Scott Dyson, who drove over the full back to score, Brown adding the conversion.
