Otley, like Wharfedale, were in National League One action last Sunday, conceding 19 points in the first nine minutes on the way to a 40-17 defeat at fourth-placed Tynedale.
However, their handling during this defeat was nigh-on impeccable, and they will be hoping to take that into Saturday's match at leaders Esher.
