Wharfedale are worried that the weather might scupper the first visit of London Scottish to The Avenue on Saturday.
Frost covers have been laid over the pitch but they have been covered by snow.
The Exiles, who are the only realistic threat to Esher for the sole promotion spot in National League One, produced an impressive first-half performance in October as the Dalesmen were beaten 37-16.
London Scottish’s three defeats have been against Esher (twice) and at Cambridge, so the Greens will have to be on top form to get anything from the match.
Wharfedale’s selection has a more familiar look than the side which travelled to Esher on what should have been a free Saturday.
Mark Bedworth has had his wisdom tooth fettled, and Alastair Allen also returns, but Andy Hodgson and Oliver Renton are still away. Dave Hall is recalled to the wing.
Wharfedale (home to London Scottish): L Gray; I Dixon, J Tincknell, C Malherbe, D Hall; M Bedworth, S Cottrell; A Mason, G Hindle, C Steel, R Brown, A Allen, L Maka’afi, R Baldwin, D Solomi. Replacements: M Chivers, N Dickinson, T Wareing, D Matthews, S Horsfall.
