Leodiensians' Sarah Beale is among 36 England women's elite squad players who are now involved with a Rugby Football Union Premiership Academy.
The England No 8 will train with Leeds Carnegie's under-18 boys' squad in a fully-integrated rugby skills programme, as will fellow England player Samantha Jamieson.
