There will no visit to Twickenham this season for Bradford Salem in the EDF Energy Senior Vase.
They lost their fourth-round North tie 27-17 at Northumberland & Durham Division One leaders Billingham.
The free-scoring Teesside club had been averaging 46 points in their home games this season but were brought back to earth by a more organised Yorkshire defence.
The visitors took an early 7-0 lead when fly half Matt Booth sliced through a gap to score a try which he improved himself.
Soon after, Billingham reduced the arrears with a penalty and full back Craig Shepherd was then put in under the posts for a converted score to give them a 10-7 lead.
With their tails up, Billingham started to get on top and when centre Chris Hyndman, who played 30 times in the Premiership for Northampton Saints, scorched in for a converted try to increase the lead to 17-7, things were looking bleak.
To their credit, the Salem players did not let their heads drop and they hit back with a try from flanker Jonny Luxton on the stroke of half-time to make it 17-12. Then they levelled the scores at 17-17 when winger Chris Luxton crossed in the left-hand corner.
But with time ticking away, Salem were penalised for offside in their own 22 and Billingham made it 20-17.
Salem had to chase the game in injury-time and Billingham managed to break away to score a further try in the dying seconds.
