Bradford Salem stage a Yorkshire Under-15 Cup quarter-final and a Yorkshire Under-14 Plate semi-final on Sunday
TWO Bradford Salem junior teams are set for huge cup ties at Shay Lane tomorrow.
Firstly, the under-15s play York in a quarter-final of the Yorkshire Cup (11am). Salem beat Yarnbury 43-7 in the preliminary round before despatching Otley 50-0 and then Morley, who were one of the favourites.
Ripon are then Salem under-14s' opponents in a Yorkshire Plate semi-final (12.15pm). Salem received a walkover in the preliminary round before beating Wath-upon-Dearne 17-7 in the first round, prior to a 22-17 victory at Selby in a quarter-final.
