Wibsey were in the hunt at 14-8 behind at half-time at Rotherham Clifton in SSE Yorkshire Division Five but lost 36-11 on the back of Alex Cerson’s sin-binning and John Nall’s concussion as the home pack gained dominance.
Bruce Mpofu scored a try and James Sawyer landed two penalties but influential centre Bryn Worsley pulled his groin. David Wilkinson was man of the match.
