The award-winning Bumbles Bees Barbarians are celebrating Remembrance Day in their own inimitable fashion on Sunday.
They are playing in a tournament at Wagon Lane, which also involves the Royal Dragoon Guards and a team from Morrisons.
The action starts at 1pm and also making an appearance will be a Help for Heroes team, which will include injured ex-servicemen.
At 3.30pm there will be a fun match featuring the newly-formed Bumblettes and Bingley Bees women’s hockey team. Following that there will be man of the match presentations in the clubhouse and a raffle.
A big turn-out is expected from the military, including those who paraded in Bingley town centre earlier in the day. There will also be fund-raising, stalls and food and drink.
