The United States’ 40-4 victory over the Rugby Reggae Boys saw them become the 13th nation to secure their place in the finals.
The Tomahawks will line up alongside Wales and the Cook Islands in Group D after winning the Atlantic zone qualifying group.
USA head coach Matt Elliott, the former Bulls boss, reckons the Jamaicans’ progress will be rewarded with World Cup qualification in the years to come.
“They deserve a heap of credit, the whole coaching staff and all the players,” he said.
As well as Sandy Lane resident Peltier and Former Bull Pryce, Jamaica also had Keighley Cougars duo Jy-mel Coleman and Jamaine Wray in their squad.
The final spot in the 14-team World Cup will be decided on Saturday when unbeaten Italy and Lebanon meet in the last round of the European zone qualifying competition in Belgrade.
The winners will line up alongside Scotland and Tonga in Group C.
West Bowling hooker Jonathan Marcinczak played 60 minutes in Italy’s 56-6 trouncing of Serbia on Sunday.
