The Pennine League Division One promotion race is reaching a crucial stage, with Clayton and Birkenshaw meeting at Lidget Green on Saturday.
The sides are running neck and neck with almost identical records so far.
A win for either side could be central in what is becoming a very tight race.
Queensbury, who are in fourth spot, will be looking to post the double when fifth-placed West Bowling A arrive at Hill Top.
Bury gave them a 48-6 drubbing earlier in the campaign, while Bowling unveil new signing Joe Simpson – their former junior player, who earned his spurs at Bradford Salem and Bradford and Bingley.
Wyke are still searching for a win at the wrong end of the table and entertain King Cross Park.
The black and whites will add to their firepower by promoting centre Simon Binns, who posted four long-range tries for the second team last time out.
In Division Two, unbeaten Wibsey Warriors travel to Dodworth having only played seven games, yet sitting just seven points adrift of leaders Brighouse Rangers.
However, points in the bag are always the key and they will have their hands full against the Barnsley side that have title ambitions of their own.
Odsal Sedbergh, who are proving to be a formidable outfit on home soil, welcome Victoria Rangers in a local Division Three derby, while Undercliffe Wild-boars face a tough outing at West Leeds.
Bank Top Harriers will have to pull out the stops to progress to the third round of the Andrew Bennett Trophy at Newsome Panthers. No one has lowered the hosts’ colours so far and the Harriers have never managed to beat them.
