Wibsey Warriors continue their hectic run in to their BARLA National Cup home semi-final against Hunslet Old Boys on Saturday week with a visit from Slaithwaite Saracens in the Pennine League Premier Division.
The Warriors, who will be looking to go one better than Tuesday night’s 22-22 draw against Drighlington when they posted tries by Jimmy Rodgers, Mark Darragh, Chris Vogel and man of the match Nick Walker, will delay selection pending any outstanding knocks shortly before kick-off.
West Bowling are forced to ring the changes for their last Championship match against Ossett Trinity at Emsley's Rec.
Packman Sha Basha and wingman Will Forsyth miss out. However, half-back Liam Darville and centre Jack Dawson return to the squad.
Dawson made an impressive debut for Yorkshire Students last week to earn selection for the England Students train-on squad.
Bowling, who are confident of finishing off with a win against the lowly Dewsbury side, will be hoping Westgate Wolves take at least a point off visiting Keighley in order to see them promoted as title- winners.
Birkenshaw, who have not given up on promotion from Division One, meet fellow hopefuls Batley Boys at East Bierley.
Birky need a number of slip-ups above them and must lower the Batley colours in order to keep the pot boiling in what should be a cracking finish to the campaign.
In Division Two, Wyke welcome old adversaries Dodworth, while Clayton will not harbour too many hopes against a very strong Emley Moor at Lidget Green.
Undercliffe Wildboars, lacking Josh Page and Carl McGuigan, travel to Queensbury A.
Player-coach Ryan Dean adds Gavin Jarvis, Danny Barok and Ben Chandler to a strong squad that are still in the hunt to claim the crown over Siddal A after securing promotion last time out.
West Bowling A meet Whinmoor in the Pennine Supplementary Cup final at Batley Bulldogs on Monday (11am).
Bowling will look to their vastly experienced pack, containing ageless hooker Glenn Barraclough and veteran props Lee Hutchinson and Dougie Lumb, to lay the foundations for their young and exciting back line, which has an average age of under 21, to lift the trophy.
