Keighley Cougars kick off next season with a visit to Whitehaven in the Northern Rail Cup on February 3.
The top two teams from groups one to six will go through to the knockout stages, along with the three best third-placed clubs and the winner of group seven, which contains leading Rugby League Conference National clubs Bramley and Warrington Wizards.
The final will take place on July 6.
Cougars will start their Co-operative National League Two campaign on Good Friday at Hunslet Hawks.
A full programme of League One and Two matches will be played on Monday, May 5, to avoid a clash with Super League's Millennium Magic weekend in Cardiff, with Cougars at home to London Skolars.
Relegated Salford will open their National League One campaign against Leigh at Hilton Park.
