NOT only have Silsden seen their manager Danny Forrest depart for Guiseley this month, but key defender Dan Illingworth has now joined a Bradford District rival.
Campion have been announcing retained players all week, but yesterday they confirmed that Illingworth has joined them at Scotchman Road.
The centre-back had five seasons at Silsden, having joined them from Brighouse Town.
His new side Campion will be playing in Division One of the Northern Counties East League Premier Division next season, having just moved back there from the North West Counties League.
