Yorkshire have completed the permanent signing of on-loan wicket-keeper Andrew Hodd from Susex.
The glovesman, who has impressed since joining the county in the middle of August, has put pen to paper on a two-year deal at Headingley.
He’ll provide cover for Jonny Bairstow behind the stumps when he is away with England.
Upon completing his move, Hodd said: “I am really looking forward to the challenges ahead with Yorkshire, but would also like to thank everyone at Sussex.
"I wish them all the best for the future and hope our paths cross in Division One of the Championship next summer.”
Jason Gillespie, Yorkshire's first team coach, added: "Andrew is one of the best keepers in the country and you want the best players in your team.
"We've got no qualms about signing him because he's a great lad and a very good cricketer. When lads like that come along you snap them up."
