Girlington are the champions of Bradford Mutual Sunday School League Group A after they gained a losing draw against Great Horton Church and second-placed Salem Athletic lost to BPR.

Great Horton Church batted first and made 219-9, with Hassan Ashfaq top-scoring with 111 not out as Mohammed Azad took 5-54 for Girlington, who held out for a draw at 175-9.

BPR's Masroor Ahmed scored 51 and took 5-11 as his side defeated Salem Athletic. BPR made 136 and then dismissed Salem for 94.

At the bottom it is still very tight, with only one week to go. Any two from four teams can mathematically still go down. Allerton are bottom after they lost to Hallfield, who are third from bottom. Hallfield made 214-7, with Z Kazmi making 110 , while Faisal Usman claimed 5-24 as Allerton were all out for 72.

Second-bottom are Great Horton Church and still not safe are Cambing in fourth from bottom. They were defeated by Bradford Gymkhana (112, Mohammed Awais 60)  by 40 runs. Hameed Khan took 4 for 44 and Snaullah 4 for 8 for Cambing, who replied with 72 all out.

Omars defeated Heaton by two wickets as Rizwan Mohammed took 5 for 40 to help dismiss Heaton for 79. Omars passed the score for the loss of eight wickets, Umar Jamail claiming 4-18 for Heaton.

In Group B, Salem Athletic moved to the top of the table after they defeated Girlington and Bradford Gymkhana lost to Interlink.

Salem batted first and scored 165-9 with Faiz Ur Rehman scoring 42. In reply Girlington were all out for 142 with Azhar Ali taking 5 for 48.

Younis Bismillah scored 88 not out as Interlink scored 182 for 9 against Gymkhana, Naveed Akram taking 6 for 62 for Gymkhana. Naeem U Haq then scored 46 in Gymkhana's reply of 127 in which Ismaiel Bismillah took 4 for 9.

Greenfield BPR defeated Odsal by 9 wickets after Aqib Shemzad scored 57 in their 83 for 1 in reply to Odsal's 80 all out.

VVS Laxman moved off the bottom of the table with their win over Yorkshire LPS. Mahesh Patel scored 54 not out in their 130 for 7 , then Awais Anwar took 6 for 29 as LPS were all out for 64.

In Group C Cross Roads & Daisy Hill Meths are the new leaders after they defeated West Bowling and Bowling Baptists lost to Muff Field.

Graeme Crabtree hit 49 in Daisy's 98 all out, Mohammed Lukman Khalil taking 5 for 8 for West Bowling. Then Byron Greenwood took 6 for 10 as West Bowling were all out for 22 , the last four wickets coming in one over including a hat-trick to finish the match.

At Muff Field Mohammed Bismillah scored 177 not out in Muff Field's 199 for 4 , Frank Powell also scoring 48. In reply Bowling were all out for 152, Kasim Malik top scoring with 53 and Frank Powell taking 7 for 44.

Mandhata remain third after they defeated Great Horton Meths by five wickets. Pritesh Patel took 8 for 24 as Meths wre all out for 98 and Kiran Dorka then scored 43 as the score was passed for the loss of five wickets.

Cambing are champions of Group D after they had a walkover against Buttershaw St Pauls and nearest rivals Hallfield lost to Yorkshire LPS by 31 runs. LPS made 120 and Hallfield 89.

Jason Ramsden scored 44 in Mayfield's 7 wicket win over Muff Field, who made 76.

Mohammed Hanif of Allerton took 8 for 15 as YMCA were all out for 76 in reply to Allerton's 122 in which Tanseel Rehman scored 63.
