In the first all-Division Two cup final since 1961, Lightcliffe made 192, Lewis Pickles and Martin Radcliffe adding 77 for the first wicket in 24 overs.
Radcliffe was out for 72 at 141 but they added 30 runs off the last four overs to finish with 192.
Mills had the worst of the weather, batting in bad light and intermittent drizzle but former Yorkshire and England player Sharpe made 97, having lives at 28 and 75.
Man of the match Wilson, his colleague for county and country, was the Samuel Webster man of the match after finishing on 41 not out, which inlcued four sixes, one six tying the scores and abnother one winning it by four wickets with ten balls to spare.
"They were both good club men," said club colleague Jeff Slater. "It wasn't a case of them taking their money and leaving."
Manningham Mills, who haven't won it since, face East Bierley in the final at Spen Viictoria on Sunday (noon).
