Play has finally got underway on day two of Yorkshire’s LV=County Championship match with Hampshire.

After 37 overs were lost because of rain, the action resumed at 2.30pm at Headingley.

By tea, Yorkshire had reduced their visitors to 427 all out in their first-innings from an overnight total of 352 for five.

Bradford-born Adil Rashid did most of the damage with two wickets, with Andrew Gale running out Simon Katich for 196 and Steve Patterson and Iain Wardlaw also striking.
