David Ratcliffe is tutor for the Dales Council League Umpires' Association course, which starts a week tomorrow
The Dales Council Umpires’ Association are hosting an umpires’ course at Pudsey Congs Cricket Club on Thursdays (7.15pm) February 9, 16 and 23 and March 1, 8, 15 and 29 at £1.50 per session.
The course is ideal as a refresher or as an introduction for new umpires.
