Ilkley pulled off the shock result of the day to give themselves a chance of snatching promotion from Aire-Wharfe League Division C on the last day of the season.
Their crushing victory over promotion hopefuls Colton means they must beat Bolton Villas on Saturday and hope either New Rover lose to Alwood-ley or Menston beat Harden.
Chris Quaife (61) helped Ilkley to a modest 163 but then Andy Rhodes (4-19) and Darren Jayes (3-19) skittled Colton for 59, inflicting only the second defeat of the season on the home side.
Harden also claimed a major scalp in promotion rivals Illingworth and now lead the table by five points and need only a point on Saturday to be sure of going up.
Chasing the visitors' 195, Harden struggled to 17 for two but then Rob Verity (60) and Anthony Bairstow (59) put on 135 for the third wicket and the leaders got home by four wickets.
Ben Rhydding were the latest club to fall victim to in-form New Rover and, despite a spirited 77 from Paul Burton, they went down by nine wickets and now must apply for re-election.
In the battle of the two sides above them, Menston completed the double over Skipton and are safe for another year. Charles Dracup (5-60) was the main destroyer as Skipton were dismissed for 154. Tim Osborne (40 not out) and Ben Hardy (28 not out) saw them home.
That means that Skipton will have to apply for re-election for the second year running because, while they can catch Woodhouse on points and both would have three wins, Skipton have more defeats.
Charlie Trees (4-49) took four wickets for the second match in a row as Bolton Villas beat Woodhouse by five wickets, Steve Shuttleworth (55) leading the chase of the visitors' 161.
Nerves will be jangling in Steeton this week after they only managed to take two points off Pool, allowing Kirkstall, winners over Tong Park, to close to within two points at the top of Division A.
Skipper Gary Boulton (7-50) led from the front as Pool were restricted to a manageable 212 but, faced with the pace of Atiba Allert (6-57), Steeton were struggling at 168 for six at the close, with Chris Meehan on 45. Kirkstall cruised past relegated Tong Park by ten wickets, while Adel overcame Otley by four wickets. If they can beat Kirkstall on Saturday and Steeton lose to North Leeds, they will scoop the title.
Stuart Dobson (6-44) and Jon Hughes (4-49) bowled out Follifoot for 93 to clinch only the third win of the season for relegated Rawdon.
Burley clinched their fourth win in their last five completed games with a 12-run success at Green Lane. Ben Harris's half-century helped Burley to 169, with Lane bowlers Neil Britton and Scott Crosby each taking five wickets.
Lane's Chris Cay made 50 but the home side were out for 157, Nick Brook and Ninar Davies the main destroyers.
In Division B, an undefeated 72 from Howard Reeve and Mark Ross's 58 were the highlight as Guiseley notched their fourth win in a row, beating Hall Park by 56 runs.
Silsden's season is tapering off disappointingly and they suffered their fourth defeat, well beaten by Upper Wharfedale. Rob Cooper (88) and David Daggett (6-30) were the stars.
Division C-bound Olicanian could find no answer to Knaresborough's Mike Baxendall (8-38) and were bowled out for just 85. Their fate was confirmed when Horsforth beat Calverley.
Carl Busfield (69) helped Thackley to 215 for seven but a century from Adam Rayner helped Bardsey to a four-wicket win with 14 overs to spare.
