They’ve done it again!
The big hitters of Kashmir accumulated 346 runs in the West Riding Sunday Council, Muhammed Zahid making 129 and Asif Ayub 118.
Not to be outdone, Friends managed 225 against Usman Ali’s star bowling. He took 6-57.
Away to Shaadi Cards in Glusburn, Prajapati easily took the points as the home team made a slightly below-par 157 all out An unbeaten 101 from Drew Patel helped Prajapati to an eight-wicket win.
Newly-promoted Abaseen’s Mehar Sultan made 72 not out in their 249 and was their hero again as he took 8-37 as Euro Windows went down for 112.
Batting first against Attock Sweet Centre, AMCC were all out 178, with Mansha Khan top-scoring with 76. In a tense late finish, the home team missed a win by three precious runs, despite Abdul Dyan Qasi’s first 50.
Skipton Kashmir’s 102 all out looked fragile against Khan, who had a huge win the previous week. But even after Habibe Khaliq’s 51, the fragility this week belonged to Khan, who were dismissed for 93.
Manningham’s Zarshad Khan made a fine 102 out of their 257. That was more than enough for newcomers Westwood Park, who made 80.
