Cowling second-team captain Mark Batty’s name will live on in the Mewies Solicitors Craven League.
Batty died of cancer during the 2010 season and his widow Julie has donated a trophy to be presented in his memory.
League secretary Ann Coe has decided that the Mark Batty Trophy will be given to the under-18 outfielder who takes the most catches during the season.
