Thornton clinched the Bradford & District Evening League Division One championship after their tenth win of the season at Bingley Congs.
Brothers Ross (49) and Greg Soames (39) helped set a challenging total of 134-3.
Neil Copping (31) top scored for the home side, who ended on 113-7.
Last season’s champions Haworth Road secured a nine-wicket victory over Allerton to claim the runners-up spot and book their place on Finals Day, where they will be defending the Les Benson trophy.
Indian Panthers won their first game of the season, by one run over Windhill, but are still relegated, along with Baildon Meths, who lost by 13 runs to Denholme.
Sandy Lane caused an upset in Division Two at top-of-the-table Calverley.
Chasing the visitors’ 101-6, the home side were in trouble at 7-2. Gareth Lee then made 45, but his dismissal signalled the end of their run chase and they finished on 89-4.
Matthew Tinsley (46) helped John Breare to 119-6 at Bolton Villas. The home team were 76-2, but four run-outs and Johnny Hudson’s 4-24 saw Villas collapse to 115-9.
Breare’s four-run victory saw them claim the title outright, while HSA's defeat against Mayfield means that Calverley are runners-up.
