Yorkshire LPS reclaimed the leadership of Group A in the Bradford Mutual Sunday School League with their win over Muff Field and Cambing’s loss to Bradford Gymkhana A.

Muff Field were dismissed for 165 with Mohammed Bismillah making 64 before LPS passed the score with three wickets down, Chazafan Ali top-scoring with 72 not out.

Bradford Gymkhana A scored 199 all out against Cambing, Mohammed Shoaib making 80 and Mohammed Sheraz 46.

In reply, Cambing were all out for 176 as Shakeel Ahmed made 46.

Heaton made 133 against BPR (Abdul Ishfaq 57no, Ibrar Hussain 4-22), who passed that target with six wickets down.

Omars hauled themselves out of the bottom two by beating Bradford Gymkhana B by nine wickets. Arman Hussian was their star with 6-32 as Gymkhana B made 123, and then hit 85 not out in the winning reply.

In Group B, Heaton won the top-of-table clash against Hallfield and now have a six-point lead. Hallfield were dismissed for 98 as Majid Hussain claimed 6-32 before Heaton passed the total for the loss of four wickets.

G Llewellyn took 7-18 for third-placed Great Horton Meths in a nine-wicket win over Buttershaw St Pauls.

Mandhata defeated Cross Roads & Daisy Hill Meths by 51 runs, despite Josh Butterfield claiming 5-20 as Mandhata were all out for 162. Amrat Patel bettered that with 5-18 as Cross Roads were all out for 111.

In Group C , leaders Bowling Baptist had a comfortable eight-wicket win over Cross Roads & Daisy Hill Meths who were all out for 74, Asad Hussain taking 5-17. Kasim Malik then hit a brisk 53 as the total was passed for the loss of two wickets.

West Bowling are still second after they defeated Mayfield by seven wickets. Anjum Munir claimed 5-23 as Mayfield were all out for 114. Then Daniel A’Hearn scored 42 as West Bowling passed the total for the loss of three wickets.

Top score of the day was by Cambing who made 242-4 against Central YMCA, Pravar Agrawal scoring 95 not out and Siby Raghavan 82 not out. YMCA were then all out for 71, with Ankur Vermas taking 5-7.

Bradford Indians defeated Muff Field by 103 runs. Indians made 156 all out, Dave Crossland taking 6-56 for Muff Field, before Tahir Data took 5-17 as Muff were reduced to 53 all out.
