Haworth and Wilsden pulled off shock third-round wins in the Craven & District League’s flagship Wynn Cup competition.
Oakworth, last year’s runners-up, were 53-run victims of Division Two side Haworth, for whom Damian Rowell cracked a superb 108.
Haworth posted 204 and Oakworth were then dismissed for 151 as Gary Binns (4-48) steered his side into the semi-finals.
Barrowford were also on the end of a surprise as Division Two visitors Wilsden emerged 66-run winners. Tom Peirson (60) and Stuart Wilson (67) shared a 104-run stand for the fifth wicket as Wilsden set 172 for eight. Dave Collins (4-20) then helped dismiss the hosts for just 106.
Semi-final draw: Cullingworth v Haworth, Thornton v Wilsden (Sunday, July 13, venues to be decided).
