Clubs in the Craven & District League will now have to buy a minimum of two tickets for the league's annual dinner.
The rule change was passed by 19 votes to five and came after this season's event made a loss of £137.50.
A major factor behind the deficit was that nine clubs were not represented on the night.
However, the raffle made a profit of £191.50 and this has been sent to Manorlands Hospice at Oxenhope.
