Steeton notched their first win of the season and denied Burley the chance to take over at the top of the Aire-Wharfe League Division One table.

With North Leeds only picking up two points at Adel, victory for Burley would have seen them clear at the summit but their batting was always struggling against the accuracy of spinner Mark Akrigg (5-65).

Only David Brook (57), with support from Nick Brook (33) and Pete Sumner (31), gave the innings impetus. With Aussie Hagan Shakespeare (54) and John Akrigg (48no) pushing things along, Steeton passed the 179 target with four wickets and eight balls left.

Graham Wolfenden (55) led the way as Otley reached 227 against improving Pool, who put up a spirited chase but were unable to grab the 17 they needed off the final over.

Green Lane's attack toiled at Kirkstall who raced to 287 for seven but the visitors' last pair hung on to help them pick up one point. However, with Steeton leaping above them, Lane are now at the bottom of the league.

Guiseley dominated the top of the table clash in Division Two against Rawdon to take over top spot.

Mark Ross (83) and David Pennett (49no) were the main contributors to Guiseley's 197 for six which looked quite modest until Marcus Brown (4-11) and Joe Davies (3-22) helped dismiss Rawdon for just 65.

Tong Park jumped to third place after taking five points against Harden. Rob Barraclough is clearly relishing his promotion to the first team and his 66, along with a fine 78 from James Druce, helped Park set a target of 234 for seven, Chris Spivey taking six of the wickets.

Once Matthew King was out for 78, Harden were never in the chase and were content to hang on for a point.

Captain Steve Alred (141) and Danny Hall (73no) helped bottom club Calv-erley to a season best 280 for four but Knaresborough clinched victory with three wickets left, Rhys Adams (173no) helping them hit the seven runs they needed off the final over.

An unbeaten 57 from Alex Higgins was top score for Hall Park as they won local bragging rights over Horsforth. Nishan Gonsalkorale (81) starred as the visitors were dismissed for 221 but, with Geoff Barker (42) backing up Higgins, Park clinched victory with five wickets remaining.

Yasar Ali hit 126 as Silsden raced to 277 for six against Upper Wharfedale but Paddy McKenna (62) and James Freebury (76) saw the hosts to 219 for eight in reply.

In Division Three, a third-wicket stand of 101 between Adam Campion (65) and Adrian Fitzpatrick (54no) helped Menston to a six-wicket win over Ben Rhydding.

Alex Bailey followed up last week's 68 with another fine knock of 74 as Ilkley reached 187 for eight but it wasn't enough to deny in-form Olicanian. David Corcoran (79) and Darren Murray (51) led the chase as Olicanian won by seven wickets in 41 overs.

An opening stand of 181 between Phil Smith (100) and Darrell Robinson (91) gave Addingham a five-wicket win at Skipton, for whom Rob Walker made 70 in their 204 for nine total.

Over 600 runs were scored at Thackley and Mahir Ali picked up a hat-trick. Leon Harber (155no) carried his bat and found good support from Amir Raza (76) as the hosts raced to 322 for three. Despite Ali's hat-trick, Woodhouse were only 21 short of victory with one wicket left at the close as Asim Alam made 174.

Bolton Villas' 170 for seven wasn't enough at Illingworth.
