Hallfield continued their good start to the Bradford Mutual Sunday School League season with a 56-run win over pre-season joint GROUP A favourites Bradford Gymkhana.
Kamran Mir's 59 helped Hallfield to 168, with Anees Ahmed taking four for 50. Abdul Khaliq then bagged six for 50 as Gymkhana were all out for 102, their second successive defeat.
Bradford Property Rentals/ Odsal, the other pre-season joint favourites, join Hallfield at the top of the table after their five-wicket win in the inter-divisional match against Omars.
Omars batted first and where restricted to 101 for six off a reduced 35 overs, with Kamal Saddiq's 33 the top score.
Amir Khan then struck 31 to help BPR/Odsal reach their target despite the best efforts of Asad Abbas, who earned four for 43.
Cambing recorded their first points of the season with a winning draw against Mandhata.
Cambing made 164 for eight, with Colin Rice making 42 and Mukesh Bhat taking four for 56. Zaffar Iqbal then claimed an impressive six for 27 as Mandhata hung on at 96 for seven.
Muff Field B prepared for their rematch with the club's A team next weekend with a comfortable 70-run victory over Central YMCA in GROUP B.
Tariq Hussain made 61 and Alan Broadbent added 47 in guiding Muff Field to 168, Tony Bates picking up four for 45, before YMCA where dismissed for just 98.
Bradford Property Rentals/ BPR extended their lead at the top of GROUP C to four points with a comfortable eight-wicket victory over last season's champions Mayfield B, who were all out for a mere 35 (P Cuthbertson 6-12).
Cambing B moved up to second place with a two-wicket win after restricting Buttershaw Saint Pauls to 106 (M Rehman 5-17).
