Rodley and Hawksworth continue to set the pace in A Division of the Dales Council League with four wins out of four.
Suposh Malhotra (113) and Bhargav Desai (6-8) helped Hawksworth to a 187-run victory at Adel, while Rodley beat Halifax Direct by 58 runs.
Simon Raistrick took seven for 70 as Pudsey Congs dismissed Mount for 209, Congs closing on 154 for nine for a point.
Hari Seehra took five for 55 as Shipley Providence were out for 150, Raghu Nath hitting 70 in reply in Leeds Sikh's two-wicket victory.
Tom Forster (73) helped Baildon to 220 for seven, and Michael Watson got 82 as New Farnley hit 180 for seven for two points.
Farsley easily overcame Baildon B in B Division, Mosan Quereshi taking six for 20.
Juan Oliver hit 73 on his New Farnley debut but Rodley claimed all six points, despite Richard Inglis taking five for 20.
Carl Lister's 71 not out helped Farnley Hill account for Esholt by nine wickets.
Drighlington maintained their unbeaten start in C Division, Ryan Woods bagging five for 41 in their two-wicket victory over Wibsey Park Chapel, for whom Dan Jennings took five for 25.
Danny Bailey hit 120 for Baildon in their 199 all out, John Thomas grabbing five for 38, but it wasn't enough as Shipley Providence had earlier scored 239 for eight, Shahid Ahmed making an unbeaten 51.
