Group A leaders Hallfield and Group B leaders Bowling Baptist met in the Mutual League inter-divisional game and, for the second time this season, the lower-section team came out on top.

Bowling Baptist were in trouble at 46 for eight but recovered to reach 90, Abdul Khaliq taking five for 27.

Hallfield looked set to maintain their 100 per cent record at 69 for four but collapsed to 87, with Asad Hussein taking five for 24.

Last week's joint Group A leaders Bradford Gymkhana also lost, going down to Bradford Property Rentals-Odsal.

Gymkhana were 41 without loss but then Gary Smith took the first of his eight wickets as they crashed to 91 all out, BPR-Odsal going on to win by four wickets.

With Yorkshire LPS having a six-wicket win over Mandhata, there are now four teams tied at the top.

In Group B, Bowling Baptist are four points clear of Mayfield after their four-wicket win over Muff Field B.

Bradford Indians are still finding it difficult in Group B, losing their fourth game, this time to Omars by eight wickets.

Central YMCA gained their first win of the season when they beat Bradford Gymkhana by six wickets.

With Group C leaders Bradford Property Rentals-Odsal B having a bye this week, second-placed Cambing B were looking to take the lead with a win over third-placed Cross Roads-Daisy Hill.

But Cross Roads-Daisy had other ideas. Carl Burke took four for 17 as Cambing B were dismissed for 89.

Then an opening stand of 73 from Graham Crabtree (46) and Stewart Roberts (32 not out) gave them a nine-wicket win and moved them into second place.

Buttershaw Saint Paul's and West Bowling both picked up their first wins of the season, lifting them out of the bottom two.
