Rain prevented Euro Windows capitalising on their 221 for eight in the West Riding Sunday Council at Prajapati soon after the second innings began.
Mohammed Qadeer had struck an unbeaten 93 for Windows but it proved in vain as Prajapati were denied a shot at victory by the weather.
It was a similar story for Kashmir as they were denied a probable third successive win after Azhar Iqbal (4-14) helped dismiss Azad for just 99.
Defending champions Harehills made too few runs against Paper Print, with their 183 all out including top knocks from Naseem Hussain (55) and Mohammed Qadeer (51).
Tanveer Akbar claimed a decisive six for 14, before Paper Print edged to a winning 187 while losing eight wickets.
Attock Sweet Centre made 196 all out against newcomers Skipton Kashmir, with Saqib Khan (56) and Atif Iqbal (44) leading the way.
But Skipton were able to register a welcome first win as Shabbir Hussain (44) and Shakeel Rashid (59no) guided them to 197 for six in reply.
A surprisingly lack-lustre AMCC were all out for a mere 130 against United, who then made heavy weather of reaching 134 for nine for a narrow win.
