GREAT Horton Park Chapel and Sowerby St Peters, the only two non-Premier Division sides left in the Foster's Halifax League's Parish Cup, have been paired together in the quarter-finals.
Division Two joint-leaders Chapel, who knocked out Division One side Luddenden Foot in the last round, meet at the St Peter's Avenue home of the Division One front-runners on Sunday, June 21.
The draw was made at the tea interval of the Premier Division match of the day between top-three sides Jer Lane and Mytholmroyd on Saturday.
Jer skipper Mick Hustler drew the home teams – and he was not thanking Tom Earle when the 'Royd skipper sent last year's beaten finalists on a tricky trip to Sowerby Bridge.
Mytholmroyd will have no easy game themselves as they will play Calder Valley rivals Booth, who defeated Thornton by four wickets in a delayed second-round game on Sunday.
Queensbury host improving Triangle in their last-eight tie.
In the Crossley Shield, Queensbury and Sowerby St Peters were first out of the bag for their ties but will have to play away as their first teams are at home on the same day.
Parish Cup – Quarter-final draw (to be played Sunday, June 21): Queensbury v Triangle, Sowerby Bridge v Jer Lane, Sowerby St Peters v Great Horton Park Chapel, Mytholmroyd v Booth.
Crossley Shield – Quarter finals (to be played Sunday, June 21): Upper Hopton v Copley, Queensbury v Oxenhope (at Oxenhope), Warley v Mytholmroyd, Sowerby St Peters v Southowram (at Southowram).
