ALL-ROUNDER Ibrahim Bismillah kept Interlink at the top of the Bradford Mutual Sunday School League Group A as they beat Girlington by two wickets.

Bismillah took 4-14 to help dismiss Girlington for 150 and scored 43 to see his side home.

Salem are joint second with Bradford Moor after beating them by 100 runs. Salem made 255-9 with Abdul Basit scoring 90 and Iftikhar Ahmed 43 as Zafar Mahmood took 5-46. Bradford Moor were bowled out for 155 despite 57 by Shahid Farooq.

Great Horton Church made 141 on their way to a 78-run win over Omars. Mohammed Zahid scored 61 while Majid Hussain took 4-40 for Omars who were bowled out for 63.

Bradford Gymkhana are still to register a win after being dismissed for 90 to lose by 98 runs against VVS Laxman. Mahesh Patel (51no) and Sajid Ali (49no) were the top scorers for VVS Laxman.

Apperley Bridge returned to form with a five-wicket win over Cambing. Zahid Qayum scored an unbeaten 68 as they chased down Cambing's score of 160. which owed much to the efforts of Mohammed Khalid (50) and Hameed Khan (44). Mohammed Yasir took 4-34 for Apperley Bridge.

Hallfield remain top of Group B after beating Yorkshire LPS by 106 runs. They set up the victory by making 200 as Murtaza Noor (72) and Kabeer Hussain (42) led the way. Hussain later took 3-22 as LPS were dismissed for 94.

Bradford Gymkhana's five-run win over Great Horton Church keeps them in second place.

Mohammed Shezad (74) and Talish Butt (47) gave Church a good start with an opening stand of 131. Their colleagues were unable to capitalise and they were all out for 183 as Jasdive Singh Lal took 4-29.

The highest-scoring game was between Greenfield and Girlington which produced 483 runs for the loss of 15 wickets. Greenfield made 241-8 with Nadeem Rathore scoring 88 and Shafqat 54no. Girlington replied with 242-7 with Shahid scoring 56, Rashid (54) and Arfan (56no) as they won by three wickets.

A fine all-round performance from Akhtar Mahmood saw Bowling Baptists to a four-wicket victory over Cross Roads Daisy Hill. Akhtar Mahmood took 8-19 as Cross Roads Daisy Hill were all out for 84. He followed up with 33no.

Salem beat Mandhata by three wickets after dismissing them for 137 with Umar Diaz taking 4-45. Salem were guided to their target by Mohammed Ahmed (45).

West Bowling retained the Group C leadership after beating the ten men of Great Horton Meths by 79 runs. Bowling scored 127-9 with Aqib Hussain making 42. Great Horton were all out for 48 with Hassan Ali taking 5-13.

Second-placed Cambing had a two-wicket win over Parkside. Steve Baker took 5-22 as Parkside were dismissed for 123.

Adeil Mir picked up 4-33 but Cambing edged home with Yasir Ali scoring 38.

Allerton are third after holding out for a losing draw against TABS who batted first and scored 176-8. Bilal Khan (95) was dismissed in the nineties for the third time this season. Allerton replied with 119-6.

Mayfield dropped to fifth place after losing to Yorkshire Friends by ten wickets. Zeeshan raced to a century off 56 balls and finished unbeaten on 104 as Friends passedMayfield's 148-8 in just 14 overs.

Muff Field were rolled over for 89 after batting first against Hallifield. Shahbaz Ishaq took 4-26 and Asim Malik (3-17) for Hallifield who won by seven wickets with Embrahim Mutvalli making 60 not out.

Mayfield beat Yorkshire LPS by seven wickets in the top of Group D clash. LPS batted first and made 209-6 with Viral Patel scoring 86no and Ketan Patel (45). Mayfield were guided to victory by Paul Cuthbertson (89no) and Shazad Ashraf (52). They shared a second-wicket stand of 147.

Bowling Baptists are second after beating Great Horton Meths by 89 runs. Baptists scored 141 with Mohammed Bilal making 45 not out. Meths were all out for just 52 in reply as with Tariq Mahmood took 4-16.

Bradford Indians beat Muff Field by seven wickets after dismissing their rivals for 118. Imran Kasujee made 57no for Indians.

Alex Stephenson took 5-29 to set up Central YMCA's three-wicket win over Buttershaw St Paul's. Rob Sutcliffe scored 42 as YMCA passed Buttershaw's total of 90.
