YORKSHIRE lost two wickets during a steady third afternoon against Somerset at Taunton as they wiped off a first-innings deficit of 47 and claimed a lead.
Alex Lees was caught behind off Peter Trego just 11 balls into the second innings before Will Rhodes, on 40, was caught at first slip off Johann Myburgh, leaving the score at 82-2.
First-innings centurion Jack Leaning continued his excellent match with an unbeaten 44 as Yorkshire took tea on 96-2 from 36 overs, a lead of 49.
