YORKSHIRE can still win their LV= County Championship match against Warwickshire at Headingley, which is heading into its final session.
After being set a target of 352 from a minimum of 68 overs shortly after lunch on day four, the champions reached tea at 121-2 from 30 overs.
Alex Lees and Will Rhodes were the two wickets to fall but Andrew Gale and Cheteshwar Pujara batted positively during an unbroken third-wicket stand of 39 inside nine overs on the way to 20 and 30 not out respectively.
Lees was caught behind off Rikki Clarke for 21 and Rhodes fell lbw to Jeetan Patel for 29.
Warwickshire declared their second innings on 219-7 just after lunch. James Middlebrook finished with five wickets, taking his match tally to eight.
