ADAM Lyth has signed a three-year contract extension to stay at Yorkshire until at least December 2018.
The England Lions left-handed opener scored 1,489 Championship runs in last season's title success and he said: "I am delighted to be committing my long-term future to Yorkshire.
"It has been an incredible year for me, and I just want to keep on improving. I dream of winning trophies for Yorkshire and, after winning the Championship, I firmly believe this will be the first of many."
